If design is required there is an initial cost called a commitment fee. This shows intent on your side and engages us fully to your project.
The fee itself is relative to the size and scope of works. The latter results in the design, specification and budget.
The fee means you own the design and are free to instruct us to do the work, another company or do the work yourself. It is your choice as you will now own the design.
Is design necessary? Usually but not in all cases. A driveway for instance. If there are no other aspects involved, then no, a design is not necessary.
